ARTISTBIOGRAPHY

My story, my art
Art entered my life very early, almost quietly, only to later become an essential presence. Already during middle school, I attended the Lolli Art Studio, where I discovered the fascination of drawing and learned to observe the world through details—those small elements that still represent the soul of my work today.

From the very beginning, I felt the need to transform emotions, thoughts, and visions into tangible forms. My first exhibition at the Flash Art Museum in Trevi marked the first step of a journey that, over the years, has been enriched through study, research, and experimentation…

2025ANÉKRON

It does not see, yet it moves.
It inhabits the center of the face and rotates what cannot be stopped: inner time.
Its gears do not mark the hours, but the hesitations.

2026MANCANZE

SIAMO LE NOSTRE MANCANZE
The two sculptures originate from an initial formal research conducted in wax—a primary and sensitive material capable of retaining the gesture and returning the memory of contact. From this process emerge two busts, one male and one female, which do not intend to represent specific individuals, but rather embody a universal condition: that of the human body exposed, vulnerable,
crossed by time and experience.

2025KILOS

When the world emerged from the waters, they lost their natural environment. Some dissolved. Others migrated into the human face.

EXPRESSIONS ATWORK

In these works, sculpture becomes a living expression: a material that speaks of memory, light, wounds, and transformation. These Artistic Expressions arise from the need to give form to what often remains invisible, exploring different perspectives on matter and the mark. Each expression has its own dedicated page, designed to explore its poetics, crafting techniques, and the creative journey that defines its identity. Within each section, it is possible to discover the meaning of the artistic form and observe the works created through that specific expressive pursuit. An invitation to discover the forms of sculpture as distinct modes of communication, yet united by a shared artistic and sensitive vision of the material.

FRAGMENTS
This technique is based on the use of generally regular copper fragments. After duplicating the original clay model, a copy is cast using a heat-refractory material that is resilient enough to withstand the hammering required to shape each individual copper plate. These plates are then placed onto the refractory model, tailored with a hammer, heated, and finally welded together.
SCULPTED
A solid body, born from the secret harmony of different substances, where cold meets warmth, the rough yields to the smooth, and every angle or surface speaks an idiom that only form can comprehend. My solid works are therefore sculptures closer to the traditional practice of sculpting. They can be crafted from various materials, ranging from metal to patinated clay.
FILIGREES
This technique is an original invention of mine, allowing the creation of sculptures while keeping the different metals physically separated. These partial sculptures are crafted using a method derived from lost-wax casting. However, unlike classic casting, the metals that make up the molten pour remain distinct and separated even after solidification. This is achieved through a technical process I personally devised and perfected. The resulting sculpture is composed of pure copper, silver, brass, and bronze, subsequently finished with patinas and chemical agents.
ENLIGHTENED
Light, an integral part of my sculptures, does not merely illuminate: it mutates. It changes color, intensity, and temperature, altering the very perception of the form. The fish dissolves and recomposes, emerges or recedes, as if existing in multiple states simultaneously. Matter, therefore, is never definitive: it is constantly open to the possibility of transformation.
